Seen On The Scene: Lil Kim, Mariah Carey, Amber Rose, Kelly Rowland and Megan Fox

So the ladies stepped out in there Thursday best and this is what they wore.

Lil Kim celebrated her birthday in Miami wearing a black dress (?) with sheer bustier, tiered skirt and embellished mules.

Did she borrow this outfit from Dancing With The Stars?  No comment.

Mariah Carey made an appearance on BET’s 106 & Park and wore a black t-shirt, denim capris and Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

While I’m glad she got rid of the spandex dresses and stripper heels I think she looks just okay.  The heels are hot but I’m not impressed with the capris.  Is it just me or does Mariah seem perpetually stuck in the 90s?

Kanye’s girl Amber Rose made an appearance at the opening of the GUESS flagship store in Soho and wore a plaid shirt over with bra exposed and a leather vest, jeans and some gladiator-esque heels.

Just once I’d like to see Amber Rose selling more than just sex.  Just ONCE.

Kelly Rowland hosted a party at TAO in Las Vegas and she wore a pink collared jumper with some very intersting booties.

I think Kelly looks alright.  While can’t seem to shake that ‘wholesome’ look I think she looks cute.

Megan Fox arrived at the Jennifer’s Body Comic-Con Party in California and she wore a black body-con dress with black peep toe pumps.

Megan Fox, like Amber Rose, is a one-trick pony for me.  She needs a reinvention because this is getting boring.  And the vampire makeup is not flattering at all.
