Beauty | Manicure Monday: Pearl overload

Every once in a while a friend, reader or Twitter follower suggests a nail art design or sends along some inspiration for a design. It can sometimes be challenging to be creative each week so I love when suggestions come rolling in (*nudge, nudge, hint, hint*). The inspiration for this week’s nail art design came from a good friend and fellow blogger Marcus Kan of À La Mode who suggested I try something with pearls.

I dug into my nail art bag of tricks and came up with this simple design – a half moon mani outlined with pearls.

For this manicure I used O.P.I. Nail Lacquer in Goldeneye and Essie in Where’s My Chauffeur? and used some pearls I bought a Markham’s Pacific Mall.
