Beauty | Manicure Monday: Graphic half-moon nail art

When the idea for this manicure popped into my head I was extremely excited to make it happen. It seemed like a fun mani to rock and a challenging design to execute. Everything was going great until…my nail polish refused to dry properly and I smudged all five of the nails on my left hand.

I did my absolute best to patch them up (hence the new hand pose aka hide that thumb) but I’m still heartbroken that they end results weren’t as flawless as they were a millisecond before the first smudge. I blame the humidity in my apartment and my general lack of grace/klutzy nature.

This design was a relatively simple one to execute and I only used four nail polishes, a striping brush and a steady hand. For this manicure I used Gosh Cosmetics Nail Polish in Crispy Coral, Ardene ACO Nail Polish in Aruba Wave, Rimmel London French White Tip Pro in French White and Rimmel London Lasting Finish Pro in Black Satin.
