Beauty | Manicure Monday: Purple (glitter) rain, of sorts

I broke a nail last week and as a result I had to trim the rest of my nails. It’s always an unpleasant task because it means I have to reduce my nail art canvas. I tried using vertical stripes to make my nails look longer but that ended in a bit of an epic fail so I took inspiration from some deep purple Martha Stewart glitter I bought on a trip to Michael’s, added some of my go-to rhinestones et voilà!

I layered Sally Girl in Purple Sparkle over Kleancolor in Neon Purple and added nulticoloured rhinestones (purchased from Michael’s). The Sally Girl polish mixes purple and blue sparkles for an interesting multidimensional look.
