Quick Hits: Fall 2011 Haute Couture Review – Armani Privé

With his Armani Privé collection Giorgio Armani created a wardrobe for a powerful woman with a busy professional life. The collection – which was heavy on camel, skirt and pant suits and dresses that go from 9-to-5 to Happy Hour – seemed to be a collection made with a more mature woman in mind (you won’t see any Lohans or Kardashians scooping up these pieces – and that’s a good thing).

Standout piece: the gorgeous black crocodile skin blazer. Talk about redefining the power suit.
