Kicks For Her: Nike Blazer Hi “Valentine’s Day”

I was on Twitter when Sneaker Obsession (follow them at @SneakObsession) tweeted about Women’s Nike Blazer Hi “Valentines Day” sneakers and I cringed at the thought of a pair of Valentine’s Day themed women’s sneakers. Visions of red, pink and other pastels danced in my head. I, however, was pleasantly surprised.

There is something about the silhouette of the Nike Blazers that I really love. They are a sleek, mature shoe that a 14-year-old and a 40-year-old can feel stylish in.  Kudos to Nike’s design team for going the creative rather than the cliche route and opting for red rather than pink.

What do you think of the Women’s Nike Blazer Hi “Valentine’s Day”?  Would you wear them?
