Anya Hindmarch to Design Outerwear

British-born accessories designer Anya Hindmarch – who is best known for her timeless handbags – is set to expand her accessories empire to include outerwear.

Hindmarch will team up with Barbour, an outerwear label sought after for their “men’s and women’s outdoor activity and country sport clothing”, for her latest venture and will produce four jackets for fall (with a reatail price of £249).

This seems like a collaboration that will result in some classic, country-chic pieces.

This seems like a natural combination- Anya Hindmarch an accessories designer with good old English Barbour.

Accessory designers have a keep eye for details and trims, honestly this is the only room to play when your customer market is that of Barbour.

I can’t wait to see the collection!
