I LOVE heels! I love the way that I look in them, I love the way they add to the overall look of the outfit but I do not love how sore they make my legs and feet feel.
A few weeks ago on Twitter (click here to follow me) I asked whether there was a high heels workout that I could do to make walking in heels a little less torturous. Well stylist and author June Ambrose answered my prayers with her Stiletto Workout With June Ambrose video on YouTube.
In the video June and her trainer Harold Palacios show viewers which exercise moves will help strengthen the muscles necessary to be a pro in heels.
