Jean Paul Gaultier Leaving Hermès?!?

The latest victim of the ever busy rumour mill is designer Jean Paul Gaultier.

Apparently JPG is set to resign from his post as creative designer for Hermès after six years on the job despite the fact that the luxury label has enjoyed increased profitability and received recession proof status while JPG has been at the helm.

Hermès is restructuring and JPG, whose final collection for the luxury label will stalk down the runway this Fall in Paris, will be their first step towards the new vision of Hermès.

One Response to Jean Paul Gaultier Leaving Hermès?!?

  1. Lucas says:

A shame, it was nice to see such a venerable fashion house rejuvenated by Mr.Gauthier; hopefully they will find someone talented and humble enough to replace him.

As for the pictures, the number on Yasmin Warsame is absolutely spectacular – the cosmopolitan elegance of the Cote D’Azur made material. Beautiful.
