A Sign Of The Apocalypse: An Apple Bottom Fragrance

A Sign Of The Apocalypse is a new section for happenings, outfits and trends that are so much more than just Things That Make You Go Hmm….  This section are for developments that confirm that the end is near.

So Apple Bottom jeans has decided to join the fragrance game.

Apple Bottoms

I personally have never tried on or even thought of purchasing a pair of Apple Bottom jeans for the exact same reason that I wouldn’t buy anything from the House of Dereon or Baby Phat.

Tacky, bedazzled ‘urbanwear’.

Apple Bottoms

Does Apple Bottom really need a fragrance?

Here’s to hoping that they go the bankruptcy route like Juicy Couture and Crocs and that their employees find jobs that they can be proud of.

Filing this under A Sign of the Apocalypse.

One Response to A Sign Of The Apocalypse: An Apple Bottom Fragrance

This tag is definitely apt and, in the case of “tacky, bedazzled urbanwear” (kudos) brand Apple Bottom Jeans’ venture into fragrance, the only description that can really do it justice.

If I may be so crude: when I hear the words “apple bottom jeans” and “fragrance” together… well…. the image, or should I say the scent, brought to mind is not exactly pleasant.

    What were they thinking?
