Danier has always been a dusty 80s relic and the tag on all the leather jackets and skirts in my mother and aunt’s closet. Until now. The premium leather retailer has stepped up their design game and is now home to stylish leather goods and fashionable collaborations with Canadian design talent. While I love their clothes it’s their bags, including this cognac leather hobo ($129), that really have my heart.

The handbag is hand-painted to give it a rustic burnished effect that is highlighted with long tassels. Add a detachable shoulder that conversts the bag to a crossbody handbagand you can see why I’m in love.
