Double Take: Kelis and Solange in nOir Sobat Triple Strand Beaded Necklace

Earlier this month Kelis wore an interesting Kenyan-inspired beaded necklace to her Flesh Tone album release party.

Yesterday Ms. Solange rocked the same necklace to the Green Label Sound show in Manhattan.

I fell in love with the necklace and had to find out who designed it. After some serious digging I found out that the necklace, which is called the Sobat Triple Strand Beaded Necklace, was designed by Leeora Catalan (a former employee of Ralph Lauren and Oscar de la Renta) the founder of nOir.
